We are a close-knit duo who connected through our love for our adorable pups. Our furry companions brought us together and forged a unique and special friendship between us. Drawing inspiration from this beautiful bond, we decided to create something together – and that's how The Cara Co. came to be. We couldn't be more excited to share our passion with you 💕


- We offer local tracked shipping for all domestic orders. Please ensure that your shipping address is correct as we are unable to change once we have mailed out the items. - Free local shipping on orders $80 and above - $5 local delivery fee for orders below $80 - Ships out within 5 working days - If you need to place an urgent order, drop us a DM on our Instagram account and we will try our best to accommodate. - To our overseas friends, hang tight as we are preparing for our products to meet you real soon!
We regret to inform you that after your order has been confirmed, we do not accept any cancellation or refund request.
We offer an exchange for defective or incorrect items only, within 7 calendar days after your item has been delivered. Once 7 days have lapsed, we will not be able to accept any returns or exchanges. For more information on defective or incorrect items received, please refer to the section on ‘Defective or Incorrect Item’. - Please kindly return the item in its original condition. Once the item has been used, we strictly do not allow for any exchange. - Exchange requests for reasons other than the item being defective or incorrect will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to exercise our discretion in permitting any returns or exchanges. - For any other exchange requests, please contact us via Instagram DM or email to with your order number and reason(s) for the request. Items eligible for exchange have to be mailed back to us via tracked postage. Any mailing fee for the exchange of items will have to be borned by the customer. We will not be responsible for any lost packages returned by the customer. Defective or Incorrect item: We sincerely apologise that you have received a defective or incorrect item from us. Please contact us within 7 calendar days from the receipt of the defective or incorrect item via Instagram DM or email to - Please provide us with your order number and the item that is defective or incorrect so that we can easily identify your order. - Please provide a clear photo of the defective or incorrect item for our verification purposes. - We will replace the defective or incorrect item once we have performed our verification. - For incorrect items, please return the items in their original condition. Any signs of usage or defects will no longer be eligible for replacement.
